ARMY-BACKED Nobyo Mukhosh Bahini vigilante group chief Topan Jyoti Chakma alias Borma has threatened to kill Porandhon Chakma, a Union Council Member in Naniachar Upazila of Rangamati district.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Another UP Member, citing Porandhon Chakma, also the member secretary of the Nobyo Mukhosh Bahini Protirodh Committee (Committee to Regist NMB), told chtnews.com<\/a>, “NMB chif Borma made the threat in a mobile phone call to Porandhan Chakma on Thursday (25 January).”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2018Porandhan told Borma that the people of Naniachar had been better off before the arrival of the NMB\u2019, the UP Member said on condition of anonymity for security concern.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

‘You are killing and harassing innocent people with the help of the army and you are worse than the spies of the army during Shanti Bahini era,\u2019 he further said citing Porandhan Chakma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hearing this Borma become furious and threatened to kill Porandhan Chakma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
