Shariful Islam issued the order yesterday, Thursday, after Kalpana Chakma\u2019s brother Kalindi Kumar Chakma had rejected the final police report filed with the court a few days ago.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Advocate Jewel Chakma, who was conducting the case on behalf on the complainant, told Suprobhat Bangladesh, a Bengali daily published from Chittagong: \u201cAs the final report on the abduction of Kalpana Chakma was not accurate and as the investigation was not carried out in an appropriate manner, we made an appeal for a re-investigation. The court has taken cognizance of our appeal and ordered the CID to re-investigate the case.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Hill Women\u2019s Federation has welcomed the decision of the court and urged the government to make sure that Kalpana Chakma\u2019s abductors \u2013 Lt.
