There, they questioned Doyal Chandra Chakma, a resident of Dudukchara village, asking him for the names of local leaders of the UPDF (United People&#8217;s Democratic Front).<\/p>\n<p>Following this, locals reported that the army personnel assaulted two individuals.<\/p>\n<p>The victims of the alleged torture are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Paranya Chakma (35), son of Krishnaketu Chakma, from Dudukchara village, Ward 5, Longadu Union No. 7<\/li>\n<li>Amar Kanti Chakma (45), son of Raja Chakma, from Baraharikata village, Ward 3, Longadu Union<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>According to locals, the army entered the area in plain clothes late last night.
