Two supporters of the United People’s Democratic Front (UPDF) were kidnapped by Santu Larma faction of the Jana Samhati Samiti from their homes at 10am yesterday.
The kidnapped UPDF supporters are Kiron Chan Tanchangya, chief of Noapara village under Ghilachari Union No. 333 and Wadhan Tanchangya (40) s/o late Dhirendra Lal Tanchangya of Shilchari para village.
A gang of 15-20 Santu loyalists led by Birottam and Bagya Tanchanya kidnapped them at gun point.
