An Armed gang loyal to Santu Larma kidnapped Elin Chakma (22) from his home in Baghaichari Under Rangamati district on Sunday, January 4.
The Santu Group men led by Barun Chakma and Bijoy Shingh Chakma abducted him from Morizabon village in Marishya Union at 2:30 pm.
When his family members and village elders contacted the kidnappers, they said they would speak to them later on. Elin has not been released till the filing of this report at 9pm.
Local villagers fear that he might have been killed immediately after taking him away.
