TWO members of the M.N. Larma faction of the Jana Samhati Samiti were arrested on Tuesday from Dewanpara village in Bhaibonechara under Khagrachari district.
The army arrested Tilok Chakma alias Kemin (30) son of Samiron Chakma and Sadhu Chakma son of Mongol Raj Chakma from a local tea shop at about 1:30 p.m. on 11 January, sources said. Both of them are residents of Dewanpara village.
The reason for the arrest could not be known.
The JSS (M.N. Larma) activists were handed over to the police in Khagrachari Thana.
