More than a hundred members of the Bangladesh Army and Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) have been deployed to Sahab Ali’s lychee orchard near Nangel Para, adjacent to the Lalchari border area in Ramgarh upazila of Khagrachari district.
According to sources, on Sunday evening (November 2, 2025), a group of BGB members arrived at the location and spent the night there.
This morning, Monday (November 3) around 10 a.m., another group of BGB and army personnel joined them. It is reported that currently, over a hundred members of both the army and BGB are present at the site.
One source stated that the army and BGB members will remain there for three days. Another source mentioned that a BGB camp is expected to be established at the location.
