THE Border Guard Bangladesh personnel arrested Pintu Chakma (32) from Hachowk para village under Potochora Union in Ramgarh Upazila on Thursday evening.
BGB men from Toichala camp made the arrest two hours after they had beaten a man and threatened three Jumma families in the some village to leave.
Later the BGB placed a home-made gun in his hand, branded him a UPDF activist and then handed him over to the police.
