A RETIRED army sergeant has been shot dead in Khagrapur in Khagrachari town as a consequence of a personnel feud with non-local residents.
Some unknown people called Satindra Lal Tripura (55) to a lonely location in Dharmaghar area at about 11:45 am today and shot him point blank killing him on the spot.
