THE ARMY have searched two houses belonging to Jumma people in Panchari, Khagrachari.
According to sources, a group of army personnel raided the village of Bauropara in Ultachari Union in the small hours today, July 18 and carried out the search.
The houses searched belong to Sarda Chakma (60) son of late Lochan Chakma and his son Montu Chakma (35).
One of the soldiers who searched the houses found Taka 400 and stole it.
No incriminating materials were found during the frantic search.
