PLEASE find attached a photograph of Chizimoni Chakma and his 2-year old daughter Orki Chakma who were killed on the night of 13 April by armed gangs belonging to Santu group in the village of Kadamtoli in Baghaichari of Rangamati district.
The Jana Samhati Samiti (M. N. Larma) organised a protest demonstration against the killing in Baghaichari.

The JSS-MNL has described the killing as a heinous crime and demanded that exemplary punishment be meted out to the perpetrators.
Chizimoni’s wife Ratna Chakma asked: “What my little baby did to deserve this? What is her crime?”
She fainted several times as she mourned the death of her husband and daughter.
Meanwhile reports said the cremation ceremony of the deceased was held in Kadamtoli on 15 April after postmortem.
People from all walks of life attended cremation.
