TWO members of the United Peoples’ Democratic Front (UPDF) have been arrested in Matiranga under Khagrachari district.
A group of army men from Matiranga zone arrested Targen Chakma and Suresh Tripura from Shashi Karbari’s house in the village of Shashi Karbari Para under Beltoli Union in the small hours today, Wednesday, according to UPDF sources.
The UPDF members were tortured brutally after the arrest.
